deposit & cancellation policy
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. A $500 damage deposit is required on a credit card and will be taken at time of reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be made no less than 14 days before reservation date. All deposits will then be refunded in full. All cancellations made within 5 to 14 days will be refunded 50% of deposit. Cancellations made within 5 days of reservations are subject to loss of deposit. There is no charge for rescheduling reservations provided it is done no less than 14 days before original reservations.
Check-in time is 45 minutes prior to scheduled reservation. If you are not here by your reservation time you will be considered a no show and your snowmobile will be rented out. Your credit card will also be charged the full amount of your ride you reserved. Our 600 RMK’s are designed for one rider only. Our insurance will not allow any exceptions. Helmets, boots and bibs are included in rentals. Snowmobiles will be delivered full and need to de returned full. Fuel available from us at cost. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time!
Last minute calls are accepted however, we recommend reservations.
